Cancellation terms and conditions for individual bookings
For each booking made you must provide credit card details by phone, email or fax. As soon as we receive your credit card details, you will receive a confirmation message from us as a record that your reservation is confirmed. All deposits are non returnable but redeemable for future bookings when in accordance with our cancellation terms below.
Our cancellation policy is as set out below. Should you need to change or cancel a booking please inform us by email or fax indicating your name, type of room and dates of booking and ensure that you receive a written cancellation acknowledgement from the us.
Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted.

If your booking is part of a special offer or package then the whole package or offer is payable for No Shows and 50% for cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival date and 80% after that.

- To confirm a booking Credit Card details required for deposit of one night’s stay
- Accommodation payment - By credit card or cash in accordance with cashier’s office opening times before or on departure
No exceptions can be made for any of the above terms.
Please remember to bring a copy of your travel insurance policy with you so that you can contact your insurance company in an emergency.
We also advise you to leave a copy of your travel insurance policy (or at least the policy number and emergency contact details) and any other important documents with someone at home in case you lose them abroad. If you do need to make a claim while travelling, it might be easier to ask that person to handle it for you.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any inability to make immediate payment of emergency expenses in Italy.
We also advise you to leave a copy of your travel insurance policy (or at least the policy number and emergency contact details) and any other important documents with someone at home in case you lose them abroad. Please note the following additional terms and conditions apply to special offer bookings:
