Cancellation terms and conditions for individual bookings and special offers.
The small print
We want to make it as straightforward as possible for you to book so your stay with us will be relaxed and carefree. But like every similar establishment you’ll appreciate there are some terms and conditions regarding deposits, booking and cancellation needed to ensure the smooth running of Palazzola. Please read these before making your booking and contact us with any questions: email@example.com.
For each booking made you must provide credit card details by phone, email or fax. As soon as we receive your credit card details, you will receive a confirmation message from us as a record that your reservation is confirmed. All deposits are non returnable but redeemable for future bookings when in accordance with our cancellation terms below - IF you cancel with MORE than 30 days in high season and 10 days in low season
You will be offered an auto cancellation date when booking. This date is the deadline whereby the booking must be secured by paying a deposit, otherwise our system will automatically cancel the booking. All deposits are non refundable.
Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
If your booking is part of a special offer or package then the whole package or offer is payable for No Shows or cancellations after the given date.Your deposit is retained for all other booking cancellations. If your booking is a group booking then we generally we apply a 12 week deadline for cancellation after this date the whole amount of your stay will be payable Each offer/group/package usually has their own terms and conditions which will be communicated to you during the booking process. Request group/promotional packages terms and conditions.
Guarantee and Payments
Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions to these terms.
Please remember to bring a copy of your travel insurance policy with you so that you can contact your insurance company in an emergency.
We also advise you to leave a copy of your travel insurance policy (or at least the policy number and emergency contact details) and any other important documents with someone at home in case you lose them abroad. If you do need to make a claim while travelling, it might be easier to ask that person to handle it for you.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any inability to make immediate payment of emergency expenses in Italy.
Please note the following additional terms and conditions apply to special offer bookings:
Meals at Palazzola
Daily full board consists of breakfast, lunch and supper each day. If you need an extra meal at the start or end of your stay, please pre-book this and pay for it when checking in.
Breakfast is from 08.00 to 09.00, lunch is at 13.00 and supper at 19.30. Unfortunately for staffing reasons we cannot serve meals or cold plates outside these hours. Please be aware of this and note the airport transfer time when booking your flights.
We cannot offer a reduction or refund for any meals not taken.
If your group is leaving before 07.30 we may be able to offer a light, pre-packed breakfast, provided you order it well in advance, however coach companies do not allow you to eat on their coaches. For individuals who request it we can leave basic supplies in the tea room on a DIY basis
